Terms & Conditions 918 Kaya – Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Player

1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

3 Registration & Account Management

Every player at 918 Kaya is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices are used.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full name as it appears on your MyKad or passport.
• Provide an active, reachable Malaysian phone number.
• Provide a valid email address that belongs to you.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential from everyone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

918 Kaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All accepted payment methods are Malaysian local channels exclusively.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by 918 Kaya subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before accepting it.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be fulfilled within the specified time period.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section at 918 Kaya covers a wide range of leagues and tournaments including the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, badminton, cricket, and more. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all pre-match bets will be refunded to the player's account.
• For matches that have started but were abandoned before completion, 918 Kaya will apply the "match completed" rule, which requires a minimum of 90 minutes for football.
• 918 Kaya reserves the right to suspend, void, or reject any bet suspected of involving match-fixing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Player 918 Kaya is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity fraud – registering using another person's name or information.
• Multiple account ownership – holding more than one active account.
• Bonus abuse – using unauthorised methods to meet rollover requirements, such as hedge betting with another party.
• Money laundering – using the 918 Kaya platform to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Use of bots or automated software – using any tool that automates gameplay or betting.
• System disruption – attempting to exploit technical bugs or carry out cyberattacks against the platform.
• Transaction disclaimer – filing false chargeback claims with the payment provider after a deposit has been received.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

918 Kaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions set out in this document.
• There is fraudulent activity or reasonable suspicion of fraud.
• Failure to comply with identity verification (KYC) requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
